King Henry VIII

Work experience is so worth it. While doing a placement with jewellery designer Kleshna in the summer of my second year at university I met Karen, founder of ZooBooKoo Ltd, purely because her trade show stand was next to Kleshna's in Earl's Court. ZooBooKoo make educational children's toys and Henry here is part of collection of twenty-two English monarchs I was employed to draw for them for an 'Original Cube Book' entitled 'Kings and Queens'. I also produced a set of thirty-one illustrations for ZooBooKoo's 'Secret Scholar: Funky Flags, People and Places of Europe' that ranged from everything from a box of Belgian chocolates to the Eiffel Tower. A very varied project indeed.
